Thomas Family Dashboard
A private, family-only home dashboard for one household. It is not a public service and has no sign-up.
What it does
The dashboard runs on a picture frame in our home and shows the time, weather, our family schedule and our two Google Nest thermostats (Main House and Pool House).
With our permission, it uses Google's Smart Device Management API to read each thermostat's current indoor temperature, humidity, heating or cooling mode, target temperatures, whether it is heating or cooling right now, Eco mode, and whether it is online. These readings are shown only on our own dashboard.
Who can use it
Only the owners of this household. It connects only to the Google account that owns our thermostats, and only after that account approves access through Google's Nest permission screen. Access can be withdrawn at any time in Google's Nest Partner Connections Manager or Google Account settings.

No thermostat readings, account details or other personal data are published on this website, sold, or shared. Read the Privacy Policy for exactly what is accessed, stored and kept.
